Hey!

My name is Nicole and I started this blog because I am tired of feeling alone as a gluten-free vegetarian. I have tried to eat like "everyone else" and it just makes me sad, and feel like crud. I am learning how to take care of myself and want to share what I am learning with anyone who would like to know! We can be good to the Earth and to ourselves at the same time.
